Subject: Pests in a sunburst locust
From: Dyan

I live just outside Toronto and planted a sunburst locust two years ago. It was fine until about a month ago when it developed obvious signs of distress...leaves browning, dropping off etc. I have been treating it with Floritect which seemed to have stopped some of the damage...I thought! This morning, I saw the enemy...there are spider webs and in the middle is an insect that looks somewhat like a sunbust locust leaf...same yellowy colour, long and thin. How do I get rid of them as I love my little tree... Thanks

I have big hard shelled snails on my sunburst locust. They're killing it, what do I do.

Hi guys: I have a sunburst locust and it has been hit the last couple of years with the same symptoms as yours. Leaves browning, leaves being eaten etc. I use Bug Be Gone and my tree thrives aftreward. Try it, I hope it works. Stay posted and please let me know if I was any help. Regards: Jim B.
