My daughter is getting married in August and I would like to start some pots of flowers to have for that date. Any suggestions??

Does your daughter have any color preferance/theme? When planting your flowers, you have to remember that some people may have allergies. That said, you can always go with phlox. I have both 'Nora Leigh' and 'Miss Linguard'. Both are white but NL has a pink eye zone and variegated foliage. ML is pure white and she always flowers in the beginning of August for me. Phlox are very fragrant. There are also some beautiful oriental lilies out there. 'Casablanca' is white and very fragrant, or so some people say. Mine doesn't smell. I'm sure that there are others out there. Hope this helps. marg

Thanks Marg, I have quite a few lilies in my garden so I hope they bloom at that time. Her colors are off white dress sage green bridesmaids dresses. She is having cala lilies somewhere in the bouquets, also loves daisies and yellow roses.
