I recently read in a gardening magazine about a new gardening show called 'Spring'. It is going to be on HGTV and it will be hosted by David Tarrant. Has anyone else heard anything about this show? marg

I have not heard anything about this, but I hope you are correct. I have really missed David Tarrant and still enjoy his reruns.

I saw this in Gardening Life magazine. I checked the HGTV site but couldn't find out anything about it. Do you know if David Tarrant still has his own site? Maybe there will be something on there about it. marg

I was talking with David earlier this year at a garden show. I believe he said the show is called Spring Around the Globe or something similiar. He had been travelling & filming springtime as it occured in different areas of the world. It will be on HGTV in 2004.

Thanks for the info Jim. All the article said was that it was called Spring. It's good to know the real name and when about it will air. Thanks again. marg

All you "Spring" and David Tarrant fans... his new show, "Spring" about the season and it's blooms around the world began airing on HGTV Canada last week. FANTASTIC. Saw two episodes, Holland and South Africa. Beautiful. Did you see it?

What a great show! It's on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. in the Toronto area. Looking forward to more episodes!

Found myself smiling broadly through both episodes. The photography is creative and gorgeous, the background music has been chosen to suit the location, and, of course, David Tarrant's narration is superb. Can't wait to see where else we're taken!

Hi - I live in Burlington, Ontario and I have the following shrubs that I need to relocate: dwarf lilac dwarf snowball dwarf plumb My question is whether I should wait until they have bloomed this spring before moving them, or, weather permitting, they could be moved now? Thanks very much

Managed to catch David's new show. Saw the episode on Holland. Very well done. I enjoyed it immensely and am looking forward to more.
