Does anyone know what a leibnitzia anadria might be? It was sitting all by itself on a garden centre discount table and nobody could tell us what it is. It's home with me now but I'd like to give it it's best chance by planting it in the right location. thanx.

I found this info on a web page. Its not much. Couldn't find the zone or even a photo. Hope this helps.

Habit: Perennial Habitat: Grassy hills and low mountains all over Japan[58]. Height: 0.2 Width:

Cultivation Details: Succeeds in a well-drained soil in sun or part shade, doing well on a rock garden[200]. This species belongs to a genus where all the plants have spring and autumn-flowering forms. The autumn form usually has larger leaves and is quite different from the spring form[200]. Propagation Notes: Seed - sow spring in a greenhouse or cold frame. Only just cover the seed.
