I have a Rosemary Plant growing indoors and everytime you touch it, clouds of tiny white "things" fly into the air eventually settling back on the plant. They are so tiny, smaller than a pin head. I have tried washing them off, spraying with an indoor insecticide that is safe for food, worked for 1 day (I think I drownd them) but they are back. Any suggestions - Please advise Brand names

They are Whiteflies. Annoying little buggers. Spray the whole plant with an insect spray and then enclose it with a clear plastic bag. Leave the bag on for at least a week - to suffocate them. Also use those Yellow Sticky Traps.
