Eighth Annual Lavender Fair
by Kate's Garden Special Events
July 5, 2009

Spend a relaxed summer day at a rustic 1850's country schoolhouse, learning how to successfully grow, harvest, preserve and use Lavender. Gather dozens of ideas for Lavender's amazing culinary, sensual, medicinal, housekeeping, beautifying, and aromatherapy, decorative and fragrant uses.

Our Lavender Fair provides a wonderful excuse to celebrate everything summer. It includes a lunch of lavender-infused beverages, finger-sandwiches, salads and sweets catered by Anne Kaukonen of Appetizer's & More.

We will also have everything you need to pot up some lavender, make a sachet or spa treatement, etc.

And, for your shopping pleasure, we'll have everything lavender as well as wonderful summer gift ideas, gardening gear and decor!

This event also includes our 25-page booklet "Lavender Lore" and the schoolhouse is air conditioned.
