Numerous nurseries from the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and the Sunshine coast contributed their plant selections for the book.

The sparse number of colour photos is somewhat detracting for someone like me who enjoys knowing what the plants look like but the knowledgable comments by the individual nursery owner/managers more than compensate.
