Legends of the Seas
10 Day October 11th – 21st, 2015

October 18th

Sunrise heading into Nha Trang, Vietnam. Funny to see these little round dinghy’s being used..has never seen them before but you make use of what ever you have when you have to. We were taking a tour today so once the ship dropped its anchor we took our tender in and then on the coach and off we went to start our first visit at the Museum of Oceanography which was really quite interesting. Natures colours can sure be amazing and I got a bit of the joy of diving while looking at the aquariums. They also had a huge research area. On to Long Son Pagoda to see their huge white Buddha as well as reclining Buddha. Then a visit to Po Nagar Cham Towers built before 781 A.D. and reminding me of Angkor Wat. Again so many fishing boats as we were right near the water…and so much blue. Then a visit to a lovely musical in what used to be a home…it was delightful and just outside the water and a most wonderful rock formation called Overlapping Rock before we headed to the market.
