Day 6 June 17, 2007 (Sunday) Kuala Lumpur – Cameron Highlands

We say good bye to KL and transfer to the Cameron Highlands. It was a beautiful trip with a short stop at Lata Iskandar waterfall. This little village was full of roadside stalls and lots of great things to buy and photograph.
We also enjoyed another short stop at a native house where we were all given a demonstration of blow darts.

The Cameron Highlands is the largest hill resort in the country and where people go for a refreshing cool holiday. As you drive around you are seeing hills sprawling with tea plantations, flowers gardens, orchards and vegetable farms…you cannot help but relax when looking at the beauty around you.

After dinner it was time to say goodnight. The view from our hotel room at the Equatorial Cameron Highlands Hotel was so pretty…fields of terraced crops going up the other side…
