I planted a weeoing purple osier willow this past weekend. It was nice and green when I planted it, but is now turning very yellow. It's planted in good soil, with blood and bone meal, plus fertilizer and lots of water. Our weather has been hot, windy and extremely dry. It says that it is drought tolerant, but it now has more yellow than green. No insects on it either. Can anyone offer some advice? I wonder if it is not just stressed. I sure don't want to lose it. Thanks for your time.
