Last year, the wisteria didn't bloom much at all. I'm thinking I should give it some fish emulsion or plant food to encourage it to bloom more this year. Is this a good idea? Is this the right time to feed it?

I haven't grown wisteria (yet) but from what I have read, they can sometimes be a bit stubborn about blooming. As there hasn't been much response here, I did a quick google search and found many articles under "How to Grow" + Wisteria. I read the first one that came up. I have found after wisteria blooms and before the new blooms for next year set in a good dose of Rock Phosphate helps.
