There are no import requirements under the Seeds Act & Regulations for lots of 50 g. However, there may be import requirements under the Plant Protection Act which are largely dependent on the type of seed being imported and the country of origin.

Note...I have spoken to Victor at 1-888-732-6222. They look after all the plant material coming in from Thunder Bay to Victoria. A very helpful and knowledgeable person!
