Hampton Court 2000
Hampton Court Flower Show

Needless to say, I took many pictures and had a hard time deciding which ones to put up on the site...but I think this assortment should give you a good idea of what was there...although, there is much to see and it's very hard to describe the feeling of being on Palace grounds where after you have seen the show, you can wander around at your leisure.
I am starting off with a picture of Hampton Court Palace, because these are the grounds that hold the show and that the show being large anyway, doesn't come close to taking up the grounds! It is a huge space! We then have two pictures of the Rose Gardens, one of a flower bed and then two pictures of the Long Water where the show was held.
Now, the feature of the HC Flower Show is Water garden displays. They do have other garden displays, but water plays a big part in this show. I am showing you 11 of these gardens that were on display...I believe there were 18 in total.
The next five are of display gardens that were either inside one of the eight marquees or tents, or outside. The eight marquees had either display gardens, floral displays and sales, crafts and artwork so there was a lot to see! The Royal National Rose Society had a marquee there as well as there was a marquee with floral design.
The next five are of floral displays starting with the Thyme chair.
The last 7 are overall pictures of the outside, just walking around and taking all the booths in ... look at the garden accessories, the statuary and the lavender greenhouse!
I found this show wonderful..plenty of space to walk around, plenty of places to sit and enjoy a latte and plenty to see!
