Now, last year when I saw this garden, it was raining and although it looked good enough to include on this years tour, I was so surprised to see it this year...what a difference. The rose garden is now much more substantial and they also have a new Mediterranean bed that is simply wonderful ... it could not have been placed in a better position either.

The pond was teaming with birds and lilies ... and the flower beds in front of the house were ablaze in colour.
