Sunday morning after a great buffet breakfast we then had the opening welcome and keynote speaker then our sessions began. After these were over we boarded our coaches for a tour of the East Hamptons and dinner at the Ivy Acres Nursery.

The first garden we visited was the private garden of Carol Mercer, a garden grand in scale on about four acres that goes from the house right down to the sandy dunes and the sea beyond. She also had an addition on the end of her home that housed many sculptures.
