Rodmarton

Our last full day included Rodmarton - and Arts & Crafts House,
where we were taken around by the owner Simon Biddulph. You can see a picture of Simon and I,
Built between 1909 and 1929 it was a singular venture in the Edwardian period of
great country houses and lavish entertaining.
We then stopped at Tetbury (where Highgrove was nearby) for
lunch ... we wandered around looking at this beautiful village and happened upon a tea shop called
Two Toads where we decided to have a last cream tea ... at the back of this shop
they had a secret garden - what a wonderful place to enjoy tea.
